Description : Noord-Holland is a province in the northwest of the Netherlands. It borders the IJsselmeer in the east and the North Sea in the west. To the south is Zuid-Holland. Its capital city is Haarlem. The capital city of the Netherlands, Amsterdam, is in this province as well.

Noord-Holland is een provincie in het noordwesten van Nederland. Het ligt aan de Noordzee aan de westkant en het IJsselmeer aan de oostkant. Het zuiden grenst aan Zuid-Holland. De hoofdstad is Haarlem. De hoofdstad van Nederland, Amsterdam, ligt ook in deze provincie.
